Senior Professionals

• Robin Doumar, Managing Partner

  • Prior to founding Park Square, Robin spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in New York and London, where he was Head of Workouts and Restructurings, Head of European Leveraged Finance and Head of European Mezzanine in the Principal Investment Area.

    Robin received his AB from Brown University, and a JD and MBA from the University of Virginia.

• David Cottam, Partner

  • Prior to founding Park Square, David was Head of International Equity Capital Markets at BNP Paribas, following three years as co-head of the Global Media and Telecom Corporate Finance business. Prior to this, David was a senior member of the leveraged finance team at Goldman Sachs in London. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, David was a senior director and then head of Paribas’ London based Media and Telecommunications Finance Business.

    David received his BSc (Eng) from University College London, his MBA from Leeds University and qualified as a Chartered Civil Engineer.

• Michael Small, Partner

  • Prior to founding Park Square, Michael was a Director in Dresdner’s Principal Finance Group where his role encompassed assignments involving securitisation, leveraged buyouts and non-performing loans.

    Prior to Dresdner, Michael worked at Babcock & Brown where he focused on principal strategies, and at Daiwa’s principal finance group. Michael received his BA and MA from Magdalene College, Cambridge.

• Klaus Petersen, Partner

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Klaus spent five years at Allianz Capital Partners where he was a senior member of the mezzanine team.

    Prior to Allianz, Klaus worked as a lawyer in Freiburg and Cologne, focusing on corporate and competition law. Klaus holds an LLM from Columbia University and a PhD in Law from the University of Freiburg.

• Franck Duhamel, Partner

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Franck was a Partner at Avesta, a spin-off of UBS Private Equity, focused on the French mid-market segment. Prior to joining Avesta, Franck was an Investment Director at UBS Private Equity in Paris.

    Franck holds a Masters degree in finance from HEC in Paris and graduated from Sup’Aéro in France.

• Brandon Bradkin, Partner

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Brandon was a Managing Director at Dresdner Anschutz Mezzanine Fund (DAM). Prior to DAM, Brandon managed two distressed portfolio companies which he helped turnaround and successfully exit. Previously, he was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Chase in London where he focused on leveraged telecom financings. Brandon began his career as a lawyer at O’Melveny & Myers.

    Brandon received an AB from Harvard College and a JD from Harvard Law School.

• Joanna Hislop, Partner

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Joanna spent 12 years with Goldman Sachs, where she was a Managing Director, including 8 years with Goldman's European mezzanine business.

    Joanna holds a BA from University of Pennsylvania, a degree from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    
    
• Rüdiger Blank, Principal

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Rüdiger was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in London and Frankfurt. Rüdiger received a master’s degree in business administration from University of Mannheim in Germany (Diplom-Kaufmann).

    
    
    
    
• Osvaldo Pereira, Principal

  • Prior to joining Park Square, Osvaldo was a Vice President at Providence Equity Partners in London and at Oaktree Capital Management in Los Angeles.

    Prior to joining Oaktree, Osvaldo spent 7 years at Goldman Sachs in the Principal Investing Area and as an M&A banker in both the TMT and FIG groups. Osvaldo graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College and with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
