To support our continued growth, we plan to recruit a small number of outstanding graduates to join the Analyst programme commencing in Summer 2019.
Analysts will work directly with the firm’s partners and principals to support the origination, structuring and execution of credit investments in private companies. Due to the small deal teams (2-3 investment professionals), Analysts will play a key role during the credit investment process, with a particular focus on due diligence, financial modelling and creating a well-tested thesis to support the investment and the ongoing monitoring of the companies throughout the life of the investment. Analysts are able to build long-standing knowledge of the companies they monitor and are encouraged to develop relationships with sponsors, management teams, lawyers and bankers.
